Privacy and your data
A little clarity before you connect. Here is how your order, payment and personal information are handled.

Controller and order details
Desklink L.L.C-FZ operates HushSIMs and is responsible for the data we use to manage orders and support. You can choose email, Telegram, WhatsApp or a private ID without contact details. We process items, amounts, payment status, delivery details and messages to fulfil orders, provide support and maintain security.
Shipping address: 30 days
The recipient name and shipping-address fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. They are removed from the active order record 30 days after its creation; the automatic process checks expiry every minute. Order, payment and support history remains. Do not repeat your address in a message: messages are handled separately.
Providers and billing
Stripe collects card details, billing address and payment email on its own page. We do not store the full card number or security code. We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, Resend for email and delivery carriers for physical orders. These providers may keep their own records; removing the address from our order does not erase Stripe, carrier or backup records.
Your ID and this browser
Your private ID is an access key: anyone with it can see the order and use its support conversation. Do not share it. The bag saves product IDs and quantities in this browser. A session may remember order access until you close it. We have not added advertising trackers. Hosting processes technical information to serve and protect the site.
Questions and data requests
You can request access, correction or deletion through order support or the official email. We retain records needed for accounting obligations, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. We verify that a request belongs to the order before acting.
